I originally set up this blog to record my time as Artist in Residence at the Willa Cather Foundation in July 2019.
I will now make occasional posts with developments in my work, exhibited from open calls, and any interesting techniques or themes I have been using. I use film in all its forms either for straightforward prints or with some alternative process.
I like experimenting with photographic materials often using them in ways not originally intended. If there is the form of on image captured on some material then it is worth working with and often can produce a more meaningful interpretation of a scene.
